Andrew Garfield
If there’s a movie character that screams “Give me a stuntman!,” that’s Spider-Man. While CGI animation is a great tool for “giving life” to the Marvel superhero, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that Andrew Garfield needed to rely on the support of a talented stunt double to depict ‘Peter Parker’ on the big screen.
Such an honor was given to William R. Spencer, an experienced Hollywood stuntman who’s worked in everything from Marvel flicks to Christopher Nolan’s mind-bending thriller “Tenet.” Garfield seems to appreciate Spencer’s services too, as he was doubled by him when he made a surprising cameo in “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
