Gwyneth Powell, 74
Gwyneth Powell played Mrs. Bridget McCluskey in the BBC children’s TV series Grange Hill for over ten years. The 74-year-old has long been one of the most well-known names in the cinema and television industries. She’s also renowned for her appearances in The Guardians, Father Brown, and a slew of other ’70s and ’80s projects.
Powell had also acted in the TV series Casualty in 2014. In recent years, she has starred in two new shows: Man Down and Doctors. She played a mother from 2013 to 2017 in the former and multiple characters from 2003 to 2019 in the latter.
