Born to movie director Jan Steen and actress Joanna Noyes, Canadian actress Jessica Steen was thrust into the world of acting at just the age of eight, debuting in the children’s TV series, ‘The Sunrunners.’ She has since made strides in the showbiz industry, earning award nominations for her outstanding performance in various movies and series.
A top actress in her own right, it only seemed fitting that Jessica earned a spot in the popular drama series ‘NCIS, ‘ where she appeared in six episodes. She has since starred in other movies and series, and her more recent appearances are in ‘Flashpoint’ and ‘Heartland.’
