Caroline Overington – Undisclosed Annual Salary

Caroline Overington is a respected journalist and author who has achieved major success in both endeavors. She has won a string of awards for her journalism work, including the Walkley Award for investigative journalism, the Sir Keith Murdoch prize for journalism, and the Davitt Award for crime writing.

Overington has also published some 13 books, the first of which was 2009’s Ghost Child. This book was met with critical acclaim and shortlisted for the Davitt Prize. Her last release was in 2020 and called Missing William Tyrrell. In 2021, she was named literary editor of The Australian.
