The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
For its unapologetic portrayal of female escorts, plenty of skin, and overtly sensual parties, The Wolf of Wall Street is definitely NSFW. Our opinion is also shared by many countries across the globe including Nepal, Malaysia, Kenya, and Zimbabwe who banned the film for its almost record-breaking use of physical and verbal profanity.
Martin Scorsese’s gripping story of greed and excess is based on the true-to-life events of Jordan Belfort, a corrupt stockbroker. While the blockbuster hit was released in the U.S. without a hitch, Scorsese had to make several cuts and edits to comply with an NC-17 rating before its overseas release.
