S** and the City 2 (2010)

Michael Patrick King apparently had a lot on his plate following the release of his co-directed and co-produced sequel to the 2008 S** and the City movie. While some wondered if it was racist, others branded the light-hearted comedy as the worst travel movie ever made.

While disgruntled fans were quick to express their displeasure online, critics of the film even went as far as to liken it to a horror movie. Despite being filmed in the UAE, the Emirates also banned the film from screening, along with Vietnam, on the grounds of conflicting cultural values.
