Danica Patrick’s sport of choice is race driving. She is the most successful woman in American open-wheel car racing history and the first woman to win an IndyCar Series race. In fact, her achievements are too great to count.
During her junior year out of high school, Patrick dropped out to pursue their dream. Although she faced many oppositions at the start of her career, her success has undoubtedly muted naysayers. Patrick retired professionally in 2018, but she’s since taken up other jobs in the sports industry. In 2022, she commentated on some rounds of the NASCAR Cup series.
