Robin Bone, or ‘Helmet Girl’ as she’s fondly known, is a gymnast turned professional vaulter. Although gymnastics was always her number one passion, she had to give up the sport after several concussions. Fortunately, Bone didn’t allow the sad course of events put her down.
We imagine it would be difficult to give up a sport after investing a good chunk of your life in it. But she’s done well to earn a solid reputation as a professional pole vaulter. Even if she has to wear a helmet each time she competes.
