She may be the daughter of the famous musician and songwriter Phil Collins, but it’s pretty certain that Lily Collins never had to leverage that to build her career in acting. She made a name for herself in films like The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, The English Teacher, and Love, Rosie.

Collins also didn’t need daddy to buy her this condo in Hollywood. She listed the 1,700-square-foot house in 2018, and it comes with a single bedroom and two bathrooms. It also has a private terrace and a walk-in closet, and she has listened to it for $2.995 million. Collins has a few upcoming projects, including the film Titan.
