Louis Tomlinson – $6.4 million, Hollywood Hills
Unlike his buddies in One Direction, Louis Tomlinson took his time to launch his solo career fully. After the band announced its hiatus in 2016, he took some time out to be a mentor on The X Factor and became the first former contestant to win in this position.
He also took some time out to settle into California, buying a 6,000-square-foot mansion in Hollywood Hills for $7.3 million. It came with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a movie room, and an infinity pool. He sold it again in 2019 for $6.4 million before he released his 2020 debut album, Walls.
