Anne Murray – Age 76

Anne Murray is a legend in the Great White North’s music scene. You see, the Snowbird singer is the first female Canadian solo artist to top the American charts. With a career that spans four decades, she’s also sold 50 million albums worldwide.

Unfortunately, she retired from recording for good in 2008 with the release of her last Christmas album. That doesn’t mean that she’s disappeared from the spotlight totally, though. Still beautiful and vibrant at 76, she released a compilation album in 2013 and later settled back to her Nova Scotia property, where she remains as of 2020.
