Which State Has The Most Amish Folk?
History states that Pennsylvania is where the Amish initially settled, and it even implies that they started the state as a settlement. And although The Keystone State didn’t always have the biggest Amish population in America, it now holds that title in 2021.
According to the World population Review, Pennsylvania currently has an Amish population of 76,620. That’s just over 700 people more than Ohio, which stands on 75,830. The third spot goes to Indiana with 54,825, followed by a steep drop to 21,035, coming from the state of Wisconsin.
