The Bin Laden Bunch

Osama bin Laden has done a lot of unspeakable things in his life. Through Al Qaeda, he masterminded several terrorist attacks against Western powers, including the 9/11 attacks. So, it’s jarring to see him (second from the right) in rather mundane photos like this.

Here, he’s pictured with some of his fifty brothers and sisters looking as wholesome as the Brady Bunch during a trip to Sweden in the ‘70s. Then in his teens, bin Laden was described to be a reserved boy who didn’t stand out from the crowd.
