Brothers with A Backstory Straight Out A Movie
Had James Cameron never come up with Jack And Rose’s story, he could’ve still made a compelling film telling Michel and Edmond Navratil’s tale. The brothers boarded the Titanic with their father under assumed names as he was leaving with the children without his wife’s permission.
Michel, 4, and Edmond, 2, were saved when they were put in the care of a young woman riding the same lifeboat as them. And while their mother had to go through hoops to prove they were her kids, the children were eventually reunited with her in France.
