Berta Played By Conchata Ferrell

More than any one-night-stand, the housekeeper Berta is the most constant female influence in the lives of Charlie, Alan, Jake, and Walden. She’s also one of the most beloved characters in the entire sitcom, known for her no-nonsense attitude towards life and deeply satirical remarks. She appeared in all of the show’s 12 seasons.

While Conchata Ferrell’s role as Berta is her most memorable ever, she worked as an actress for six decades! Two and a Half Men gave her career new meaning and the chance to work alongside Ashton Kutcher once again, this time in The Ranch. Sadly, she passed away in 2020 from complications following cardiac arrest.
